Whole Tree Therapy provides virtual (online) therapy services for residents in Ontario. I offer individual and couples therapy with expertise in trauma. I focus on holistic healing so my clients can make sustainable change, showing up in the world and their relationships as their true self.

I identify as a South Asian female (she/her). Whole Tree Therapy is a 2SLGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and neurodivergence affirming practice.

Challenges I can address: childhood abuse and neglect, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, ADHD, BPD, PTSD/C-PTSD, perfectionism, not feeling good enough, imposter syndrome, disordered eating, and self-harm.

Primary therapy approaches I use: Parts Work (Internal Family Systems, Structural Theory of Disassociation, Ego State Therapy), EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy).

Whole Tree Therapy humbly acknowledges that the virtual therapy practice is provided in the Greater Toronto Area (Tkaronto), the traditional territory of various nations including the Mississauga of the Credit, the Anishinaabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples; and is now, and always will be, the home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.
